Job Requirements
- Experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
- Demonstrate a high caliber of professionalism and presentation, commensurate with the expectations of a private club setting
- Demonstrated organization and coordination skills and ability to meet deadlines and ability to multi-task in a sporadic, fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain quality and safety standards
- Strong reasoning ability and critical thinking skills
- Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills to a wide variety of constituents
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Job Duties
- Welcome our members and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Walk members and guests to their reserved tables, providing accurate menus specific to the dining space
- Communicate with servers and managers regarding availability of tables, seating of large parties, or special requests so that guests receive seamless service
- Managing the restaurant's reservation system throughout the course of the day
- Answer phones, confirm reservations, and provide information about dining spaces and Club events
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the hostess station and reception area
- Collaborating with servers, bartenders, and management to ensure efficient table turnover
- Handling guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns with care and professionalism
- Other duties as assigned
