Job Requirements

  • Ability to provide top-notch hospitality in fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all team members
  • Be the face of Pacific Catch engaging with guests and seating them
  • Adaptable and flexible with schedule including mandatory weekend availability
  • Ability to operate POS system and Open Table software
  • Ability to accurately handle cash and financial transactions
  • Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 5 hours
  • Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 35 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school education required
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in restaurant or customer service industry preferred
  • Proficiency with POS and reservation software
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with hospitality industry core values

Job Duties

  • Provide first-class hospitality and greet guests warmly
  • Invite guests in and manage seating arrangements efficiently
  • Introduce the menu and answer guest questions
  • Operate POS systems and Open Table software accurately
  • Handle cash and financial transactions responsibly
  • Work collaboratively with restaurant team members under fast-paced conditions
  • Maintain an adaptable and positive attitude while managing guest requests
