Job Requirements
- Ability to provide top-notch hospitality in fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all team members
- Be the face of Pacific Catch engaging with guests and seating them
- Adaptable and flexible with schedule including mandatory weekend availability
- Ability to operate POS system and Open Table software
- Ability to accurately handle cash and financial transactions
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 5 hours
- Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 35 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school education required
- Minimum of 1-year experience in restaurant or customer service industry preferred
- Proficiency with POS and reservation software
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with hospitality industry core values
Job Duties
- Provide first-class hospitality and greet guests warmly
- Invite guests in and manage seating arrangements efficiently
- Introduce the menu and answer guest questions
- Operate POS systems and Open Table software accurately
- Handle cash and financial transactions responsibly
- Work collaboratively with restaurant team members under fast-paced conditions
- Maintain an adaptable and positive attitude while managing guest requests
