Job Duties
- execute 4 steps seating sequence consistently
- greet guests with warmth and professionalism
- manage the seating chart and optimize table assignments
- coordinate with front-of-house team to ensure smooth guest flow
- handle guest inquiries and special requests
- maintain cleanliness and organization of host station
- assist with other FOH duties as needed
