Job Requirements

Ability to greet customers warmly and maintain a welcoming demeanor
Punctuality and professional appearance including uniform
Capacity to manage seating flow and restaurant atmosphere
Understanding of menu items and capability to answer guest questions
Basic cash handling skills
Strong customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work well with others

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous customer service experience is an asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to maintain professionalism and positive attitude
Team player with promotional and community event participation skills

Job Duties

Greet customers immediately upon arrival
Seat guests efficiently using rotation seating
Assist diverse groups including parties with children and large groups
Manage flow of restaurant to prevent overloading servers
Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials to inform guests
Handle To Go orders and promote merchandise sales
Monitor front-of-house atmosphere including lighting, music, and cleanliness
Follow up with guests to ensure satisfactory experience
Represent the store in events and promotions
Perform assigned tasks and communicate effectively with team members
