Job Requirements
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- ability to work late night shifts potentially until 12 AM to 3 AM
- works assigned scheduled shifts
- ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
- ability to transport items up to 30 pounds
- remain in stationary position for up to 4 hours throughout work shift
- satisfactorily communicate with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding
- must be available to work weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years of age

- fluent in English
- ability to communicate satisfactorily with guests, management and co-workers
- alcohol awareness certification a plus
- food handling certificate a plus
- ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy

Job Duties
- Live and embrace American Social vision and core values
- report to work on time and prepared for the shift
- follow all image and appearance standards
- greet guests as they enter the restaurant
- seat guests and maintain the waiting list
- utilize seating system to ensure proper guest flow
- communicate with servers and managers about table availability
- inform Table Assistants and Bussers of tables needing resetting
- ensure host area is stocked with adequate supplies
- inspect restrooms and lobby floors for cleanliness
- participate in pre-shift meetings
- assist with rolling silverware and updating seating plans
- maintain floors and clean windows
- empty trash
- answer telephone and provide directions and information
- assist with stocking stations and bussing
- support teamwork and follow the direction of managers
- support and follow marketing initiatives
- work cohesively with all Team Members
- flexible to assist in other departments as requested
- work well under pressure
