Job Duties

Welcome guests with signature BJ's greeting and genuine smile
maintain a fun and welcoming hospitality and lobby area
maintain accurate and even seating and dining room wait times using the table management system
build lasting connections with guests to encourage repeat visits
deliver gracious hospitality and fun brewhouse connection
ensure the lobby area is clean and organized
assist with managing guest flow during busy periods
