Job Requirements

Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
Capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
Ability to work effectively as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities
Basic knowledge of reservation management systems
Friendly and approachable personality

Job Duties

Greet every customer at the restaurant with a smile
Accurately quote wait times and manage reservations
Attend to guests ensuring special experiences
Escort guests to their tables and provide a seamless experience
Offer a warm goodbye and invitation to return
Focus on your team and customers ensuring every decision considers both
Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor throughout the shift
