Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
ability to stand and walk for extended periods
willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
ability to lift up to 50 pounds
good communication and interpersonal skills
demonstrated punctuality and dependability

Job Qualifications

Food handler's card
local government food safety certification where applicable
ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
good oral communication skills
punctual and dependable
ability to follow instructions and management direction
awareness of safety and security procedures

Job Duties

Make sure that all menus are clean and complete
ensure entry doors are clean and welcoming
monitor cleanliness of dining room, bathrooms, and entryway
greet guests politely and escort them to tables
ensure guests are seated comfortably and served well
thank guests and inquire about service quality
maintain the restaurant wait system
perform side duties as assigned
