Job Requirements

Must be 17 or older
Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Basic math and computer literacy
Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods
Legal eligibility to work in the country

Job Duties

Greet guests with a friendly demeanor and provide a warm welcome
Escort guests to their tables in an efficient and courteous manner
Manage reservations and maintain an accurate wait list during peak times
Assist with answering guest inquiries and providing information about the restaurant
Support front-of-house team members in maintaining smooth operations
Ensure the host stand area is clean, organized, and welcoming
Communicate guest needs and special requests to appropriate staff
