Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Strong communication skills
Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Ability to stand and move around for extended periods
Eligible to work legally in the United States

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Greet and assist guests in the dining room
Manage guest relations to ensure positive experiences
Take and input customer orders accurately
Participate in the tip pool fairly among team members
Maintain a clean and welcoming host area
Coordinate seating arrangements efficiently
Support team members during busy periods
