Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Friendly and approachable demeanor
Ability to stand for extended periods
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Willingness to learn and follow company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
Inform guests about wait times accurately while managing the waitlist
Maintain the highest standards of service, sanitation, and hospitality
Work collaboratively with store management and other team members to foster a team concept
Promote menu items passionately and sell products based on personal knowledge
Ensure a fun and authentic atmosphere that encourages guests to enjoy their experience
Uphold CPK's culture by embodying the R.O.C.K.S values in daily activities
