Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Friendly and approachable demeanor
No prior experience required as this is an entry-level position
Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic restaurant environment
Customer service experience is a plus

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
Inform guests about wait times accurately and manage the wait list
Maintain high standards of service, hospitality, and sanitation
Work collaboratively with store management and team members to foster a team-oriented environment
Provide an exceptional and memorable dining experience for all guests
Ensure compliance with company policies and health regulations
Assist in organizing seating and flow of guests during busy periods
