Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Ability to stand for extended periods
Must be at least 18 years old

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Basic knowledge of reservation and seating management systems
Strong organizational skills

Job Duties

Engage in friendly conversation when seating guests and introducing servers
Manage the restaurant waiting list during high volume to set accurate guest expectations
Sincerely thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
Ensure guest touch points are regularly cleaned and sanitized
Maintain a warm and welcoming atmosphere at the entrance
Coordinate seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow
Assist in managing reservation and wait time communications
