Job Duties

Greet and seat guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
Manage the restaurant waiting list to accurately estimate wait times during busy periods
Introduce guests to their servers to ensure excellent service communication
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all guest touchpoints regularly
Engage in friendly conversation to enhance the overall guest experience
Thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them to return
Coordinate with restaurant staff to optimize seating arrangements and guest flow
