- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Manage guest seating efficiently and accurately
- Present clean menus and make dining suggestions
- Maintain cleanliness and regularly sanitize guest and team member touchpoints
- Manage guest waitlists and communicate wait times effectively
- Thank guests sincerely and invite them to return
- Support team members in delivering excellent customer service
