Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stand for extended periods
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Prior experience in customer service preferred

Job Duties

Provide a warm welcome to each and every Guest who calls or visits the restaurant
Effectively coordinate and control Guest flow by enthusiastically greeting arrivals, seating, and providing a warm farewell
Demonstrate hospitality by walking Guests to their tables and engaging them along the way
Answer incoming restaurant calls in a friendly and professional manner
Effectively communicate with Guests and Team Members
Be a team player and work well with others
