Job Requirements

must be at least 17 years old
ability to stand and walk for extended periods
excellent verbal communication skills
ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
customer-focused attitude
able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work setting

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is beneficial
excellent interpersonal and communication skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
strong organizational skills
positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
basic computer skills for managing reservations

Job Duties

greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
take reservations and manage wait lists efficiently
escort guests to their assigned tables
provide information about the menu and restaurant services as needed
maintain a clean and organized host stand area
assist with greeting guests during high traffic periods
communicate guest needs effectively to front-of-house team members
