Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for periods up to four hours
- Ability to lift frequently up to 25 pounds safely
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop
- Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively
- Ability to wear protective hand coverings and face coverings throughout shifts
- Ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies
- Frequent hand washing with disinfecting soap
- Commitment to health and safety practices throughout shift
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age of 16 years
- Ability to effectively communicate with others
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Previous experience in customer service preferred but not required
- Commitment to providing excellent guest experiences
- Ability to follow health and safety guidelines
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly at the door
- Assist servers in providing exceptional guest service
- Maintain overall guest flow of the restaurant
- Transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from dining room, service bar, and kitchen
- Communicate effectively with other staff and guests
- Adhere to health and safety standards including use of disinfectants and protective equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
