- Entry level acceptable
- one year high volume host/hostess experience preferred
- customer service experience preferred
- must be minimum age to serve alcohol and able to obtain county liquor license
- authorized to work in US

Job Duties
- Communicates with all managers and chef de cuisine to receive updates on food and beverage features and station assignments
- prepares and sets assigned sections including booths, community tables, tables and the patio for guests prior to the shift
- maintains reservation book, assign server sections with a manager and confirm seating flow
- confirm reservations for the following day
- add guest notes of preference and requests
- place table settings and silverware rolls at each place setting to prepare table for guests
- inspect building exterior by walking around the building to identify areas that may require immediate cleaning
