Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred but not required
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • strong problem-solving skills with an ability to remain calm under pressure
  • team-oriented with a positive attitude
  • basic knowledge of restaurant operations and reservation systems is a plus

Job Duties

  • Create a positive and memorable guest experience by embracing the guest-obsessed culture
  • multitask by clearing and cleaning tables, seating guests, answering phone calls, and taking reservations and takeout orders
  • handle guest complaints by listening to their concerns, informing a manager, and resolving issues to ensure overall guest satisfaction
  • manage guest seating arrangements efficiently to optimize restaurant capacity
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and dining area
  • collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest service
  • communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to coordinate guest needs
