Job Duties
- Say something nice to every guest you meet
- answer phones with a friendly greeting
- go out of your way to assist every guest
- make sure all guests are comfortable and cared for
- exhibit teamwork
- maintain a clean and stocked restroom
- effectively maintain wait and quote times
- give first-time guests an extra special welcome
- communicate with Server Assistants to ensure speedy table turns
- work hand-in-hand with Door Coordinator to ensure guest service
