Job Duties

  • Greeting guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
  • managing the seating chart efficiently to seat guests promptly and according to preferences
  • tracking reservations and preparing reserved tables
  • providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and special requests
  • managing waitlists during peak hours and informing guests about their status
  • communicating with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations
  • maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host station and waiting area
  • assisting with special events or private dining coordination
  • occasionally handling payments at the host station
