Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Reliable and punctual
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong communication skills
Friendly and approachable personality
Capability to work well in a team environment
Basic knowledge of restaurant operations is beneficial

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an asset

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
Escort guests to their tables in a timely and courteous manner
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area
Manage guest flow to optimize seating efficiency
Assist in answering guest inquiries and providing menus
Support staff by communicating guest needs and special requests
Uphold restaurant policies and safety standards
