Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
  • Understand and accommodate guests' dining needs
  • Manage the waitlist and accurately estimate wait times
  • Maintain and manage the seating chart to ensure an efficient flow
  • Monitor restaurant activity and adjust seating accordingly
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests
  • Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or general questions
  • Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
  • Support team members with side work such as cleaning, stocking, and handling to-go orders
