Miro Tapas is a vibrant and authentic Spanish tapas restaurant known for its warm hospitality and inviting atmosphere. We are currently seeking a personable and organized Host to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in shaping the guest experience, as the host is often the first point of contact for visitors. The ideal candidate will work Thursday through Saturday, managing reservations and seating arrangements to ensure an efficient and welcoming environment. As a host, you will be responsible for greeting guests with warmth, assisting with reservations, and maintaining a smooth flow within the dining room. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Availability to work Thursday through Saturday
  • Basic computer skills

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with genuine warmth and seat them promptly at their tables
  • Manage the reservation system and maintain an accurate seating chart
  • Answer phones professionally and handle reservation inquiries
  • Coordinate table assignments to optimize flow and guest experience
  • Communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain a clean, organized host stand
