In this role, the Host is also responsible for serving freshly baked bread, a signature element of the Texas Roadhouse experience, and demonstrating the company’s commitment to being the friendliest place in town. The Host collaborates closely with the rest of the team to ensure seamless service and helps create a vibrant, energetic atmosphere. The position demands a high level of customer service skills, enthusiasm for working in a dynamic environment, and the ability to handle guest interactions with care and professionalism.
