Job Requirements

  • Must clearly speak and write English
  • required to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and some holidays
  • must be able to lift and carry 40 pounds
  • required to purchase appropriate uniform upon hiring
  • required to stand, walk, lift, climb stairs and bend for long periods of time
  • must be able to change kegs out when necessary

  • develop relationships with guests
  • communicate with food and beverage staff to ensure guest satisfaction

  • identify food orders when ready and deliver items to tables in a timely manner
  • maintain a safe, clean, organized, and stocked work area
  • maintain full knowledge of menus, recipes, and other pertinent information
  • constantly increase knowledge of food, beverages, and other products and services
  • prepare work area for opening, mid-shift, or closing
  • make appropriate change when necessary

  • do side work during non-busy hours

  • be responsible for constant sanitation, organization, and proper food handling
