Job Requirements

Must clearly speak and write English
required to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and some holidays
must be able to lift and carry 40 pounds
required to purchase appropriate uniform upon hiring
required to stand, walk, lift, climb stairs and bend for long periods of time
must be able to change kegs out when necessary

Job Duties

report to work as scheduled, in uniform, and ready to work

perform duties as assigned
demonstrate competency as outlined in the training schedule
provide the highest level of service in accordance with standards
welcome and seat guests in a manner consistent with company standards
answer guest questions about food, beverages, and facilities accurately and in a friendly manner
develop relationships with guests
communicate with food and beverage staff to ensure guest satisfaction
ensure that guests have a positive and memorable experience
identify food orders when ready and deliver items to tables in a timely manner
maintain a safe, clean, organized, and stocked work area
maintain full knowledge of menus, recipes, and other pertinent information
constantly increase knowledge of food, beverages, and other products and services
prepare work area for opening, mid-shift, or closing
make appropriate change when necessary
process credit card transactions in accordance with standards
do side work during non-busy hours
perform additional responsibilities as requested by management
be responsible for constant sanitation, organization, and proper food handling
