Job Requirements

- ability to work part-time or full-time including weekends and holidays
- excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- greet and seat guests upon arrival
- answer phones and take reservations
- maintain an accurate waitlist when necessary
- farewell guests ensuring a positive last impression
- coordinate with servers and other front of house staff to optimize seating flow
- assist with guest inquiries and provide menu information
- help maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
