We are currently seeking a friendly and enthusiastic host to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests, the host role is crucial in setting the tone for the entire dining experience. Our hosts are known for their warm welcomes, big smiles, and genuine willingness to engage with guests. Beyond greeting and seating guests, hosts assist in managing reservations, handling rotational seating to maximize efficiency, answering phone calls, taking to-go orders, and helping with cleaning and resetting tables. At Cork & Pig Tavern, we value dependable and focused individuals who are enthusiastic about hospitality and delivering memorable experiences. We require our hosts to come prepared with all necessary documentation, including a current food handler license, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Training will be provided for approximately one week upon hire, during which hosts will learn the nuances of our operational standards and customer service expectations.
