Job Requirements

  • Must be 17 or older
  • Must have excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and pleasantly
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Availability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an asset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Friendly and approachable personality with a passion for hospitality
  • Basic computer skills for managing reservations and waitlists
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude
  • Escort guests to their tables and manage seating efficiently
  • Take reservations and manage the waitlist when necessary
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a hospitable environment
  • Communicate guest needs and preferences to the serving staff
  • Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization in the host station area
  • Support overall front-of-house operations as needed
