Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive
- manage the dining room flow by coordinating the waitlist
- update guests with accurate wait times and seating information
- ensure tables are cleaned and set promptly for the next party
- maintain a welcoming atmosphere at the entrance
- assist team members with any guest-related needs
- support smooth communication between front-of-house and kitchen staff
