Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years of age to apply
- ability to provide excellent guest service
- reliable and punctual
- capable of working flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- basic proficiency with computer or reservation systems is desirable
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- friendly and approachable demeanor
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
Job Duties
- greet guests warmly as they enter the restaurant
- manage seating arrangements to ensure timely service
- assist guests with inquiries and special requests
- collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth front-of-house operation
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand
- manage reservation and waitlist systems
- provide accurate wait time estimates to guests
