Job Description
Hall Management Group is a distinguished hospitality company that operates several renowned restaurants across South Carolina and Tennessee, including celebrated establishments like Halls Chophouse in Charleston, Greenville, Columbia, Nexton, and Nashville. The group is recognized for its commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences through its diverse collection of eateries such as Halls Catch, Rita's at Folly Beach, High Cotton, S.N.O.B, and Halls Signature Events. With a strong dedication to quality, hospitality, and service, the Hall Management Group prides itself on cultivating a welcoming atmosphere where every guest feels valued and appreciated. Their restaurants have garnered a reputation for both culinary excellence and attentive service, making them leaders in the regional dining scene. The company is deeply committed to supporting their employees' career growth and well-being, offering a positive and enriching work environment.
We are currently seeking career-oriented, passionate, and motivated Hosts/Hostesses to join our team. This role is vital as you will be the first face our guests see and the ambassador of hospitality from the moment they arrive. As a Host/Hostess, you will greet guests with a warm smile and provide a hospitable, welcoming experience to ensure each visitor feels special throughout their dining journey. You will assist guests by answering phones, warmly facilitating reservations, and helping maintain a seamless flow of guests throughout the dining areas. Your role is integral to upholding the company’s high standards of service and contributing to a memorable dining experience filled with warmth, delicious food, and exceptional care.
This position offers both full-time and part-time employment options, accommodating various schedules while maintaining a focus on career development and learning. We provide comprehensive training, so prior experience is not mandatory—we just ask you to bring enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. Joining our team means becoming part of a culture that treats each other with respect and kindness—'ladies and gentlemen, serving ladies and gentlemen'—fostering an environment where good things happen for both employees and guests. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, managing cleanliness and service standards, participating in culinary and service education sessions, and contributing to various pre-service and closing duties. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to grow within the hospitality industry, embrace challenges, and make a long-term positive impact.
In return, Hall Management Group offers a variety of invaluable benefits designed to support your personal and professional life. These include a healthy and safe work environment, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance for full-time employees, paid time off to encourage work-life balance, generous dining discounts across their restaurants, flexible spending accounts, mental health support through an Employee Assistance Program, a 401(k) retirement plan with company matching, and a rewarding employee referral program. We emphasize employee well-being and growth within a nurturing and dynamic hospitality family. If you are enthusiastic, personable, and ready to embark on a fulfilling hospitality career, we encourage you to submit your up-to-date resume and join us in making something good happen today!
