Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a host or in a customer-facing role in hospitality
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

Handle special requests and resolve any seating concerns with professionalism
Keep the entryway clean, welcoming, and ready for guests
Manage phone inquiries and reservation requests
