This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with competitive compensation starting at $16.90 per hour. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • No previous experience required but customer service experience is a plus
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Commitment to delivering excellent guest service

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred but not required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
  • Inform guests of wait times and manage the wait list accurately
  • Maintain high standards of service, sanitation, and hospitality
  • Collaborate with store management and other employees to foster a team environment
  • Uphold the company’s R.O.C.K.S culture by demonstrating respect, kindness, and excellent communication
  • Ensure all guest interactions reflect the CPK High 5 service principles
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized host station
