Job Requirements

Must have a valid form of identification
Guest service experience in hospitality industry preferred
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
Ability to calculate discounts and tips
Ability to apply fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions
Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
May require food handler's certification depending on local regulations

Job Qualifications

Guest service experience in hospitality industry is preferred
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Basic understanding of cleanliness and sanitation standards
Excellent customer service skills with a polite and attentive demeanor
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
May require a food handler's certification, depending on local regulations
Must be able to learn and utilize Toast POS, Restaurant365 systems and OpenTable
Basic knowledge of English preferred
Ability to read, understand and follow verbal and written company directives and initiatives
Ability to use common sense to understand and carry out instructions
Ability to creatively solve problems using experience and an outside-the-box mindset
