The Host role at Atlas Restaurant Group is a critical front-of-house position that acts as the face of the restaurant. As the first point of contact for guests, Hosts are essential in creating a positive and lasting impression by exemplifying friendliness, professionalism, and attentiveness. This role requires an individual who can effectively manage guest interactions from arrival to departure, including greeting guests, managing waitlists, creating reservations, answering phones, and facilitating smooth seating arrangements. Hosts play an integral part in the dining service flow by ensuring timely and even seating of guests, overseeing cleanliness and organization of the host stand and menus, and conducting routine cleaning duties throughout the restaurant.

This position offers varied compensation depending on location: $15.00 to $22.00 per hour in Maryland, $15.00 to $17.00 per hour in Pennsylvania, $13.25 to $15.00 per hour in Delaware, $13.00 to $16.50 per hour in Florida, and $15.00 to $25.00 per hour in Texas.
