Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Ability to effectively communicate with others
- Commitment to making a positive impact
- Ability to remain active and mobile for up to four hours at a time
- Capacity to lift up to 25 pounds safely
- Willingness to wear protective hand coverings and face masks during shift
- Ability to use disinfectant cleaning supplies and frequently wash hands
- Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is beneficial
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly at the door
- Assist servers with providing exceptional guest service
- Maintain smooth guest flow within the restaurant
- Transport plates, glasses, and baskets between dining room, service bar, and kitchen
- Communicate effectively with staff and guests
- Adhere to health and safety standards including wearing protective gear and sanitizing
- Support a clean and organized dining environment
