Job Requirements
- Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
- ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- commitment to quality service, and food and beverage knowledge
- knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- basic English language and professional communication skills
- able to independently lift up to 15lbs
- ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for 8-10 hours per day
- hand-eye coordination
- reaching, bending, twisting, stooping
- pushing and pulling
- lifting overhead
- must be able to climb stairs in multilevel restaurants
Job Qualifications
- Basic English language skills

- prior hospitality experience is a plus

Job Duties
- Welcome guests warmly and manage dining room flow
- explain unique service style to guests in a friendly manner
- recognize returning and first-time guests
- ensure guests' needs are met for a positive dining experience
- maintain poise and superior service under pressure
- coordinate seating and accommodate special guest requirements
- act as a brand ambassador representing Nando's values
