Job Requirements
- Good verbal communication and phone etiquette
- must be at least 16 years of age
- ability to stand at least 4 hours per shift
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- be a team player and work well with management and servers
Job Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience
- highschool diploma or GED
Job Duties
- Greeting customers as soon as they walk in the door
- guiding guests to their tables
- taking reservations and answering the phone
- quoting proper wait times
- ensuring guests are seated in a manner that allows servers to properly take care of the guests needs
- making sure the lobby stays clean and presentable
- complete any side works prior to the end of your shift
- any other duties deemed appropriate by your manager
