High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to provide friendly and efficient customer service

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
Inform guests about wait times and manage the waitlist accurately
Maintain high standards of service, sanitation, and hospitality
Collaborate closely with store management and other employees to foster a team concept
Ensure the dining area is inviting and well-maintained
Promote menu items enthusiastically and provide guests with detailed information
Assist with seating guests efficiently during busy periods
