We are currently looking to expand our family by bringing on a Host who will be the personal representation of our hospitality and service quality. This role is essential as it creates the first impression of Metro Diner and the last warm memory guests leave with. The ideal candidate will embody friendliness, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to ensuring every guest receives a cheerful greeting upon arrival and a sincere thank you when leaving. The Host role requires outstanding people skills to communicate calmly and efficiently with guests, team members, and vendor partners, as well as organizational skills to keep the front area tidy and the efficiency to handle high volume during busy periods.
