previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred

Job Qualifications

Experience as a host in a fast-paced work environment
ability to provide accurate wait times to guests
poise and grace to handle guest questions and complaints
familiarity with sound systems and headsets
strong organizational skills
excellent communication and people skills

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and sincerely
seat guests at tables quickly and efficiently
accurately record guest names on the waitlist
answer the telephone promptly by the second ring
keep the front of the diner tidy and attractive
communicate calmly and professionally with guests, team members, and vendor partners
work with servers, expo, and bussers to ensure efficient operations focused on guest needs
