As an essential part of the Lowlands Group, the Host role is pivotal to the overall success of each restaurant. In this role, you are not just a greeter but a dynamic organizer who supports the busy restaurant environment by preventing traffic jams at the entrance, attending to waiting customers with patience and courtesy, and maintaining a neat and welcoming front-of-house atmosphere. You embody the spirit of hospitality by anticipating guests’ needs, acknowledging those in line, and providing extra assistance whenever necessary. The position requires a warm and genuine approach, as well as the ability to balance multiple responsibilities including answering phones, scheduling reservations, and assisting with various opening and closing tasks.
