Job Requirements
- Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for up to 12 hours and perform physical activities such as bending, stooping, twisting, reaching overhead
- Ability to lift and move products and supplies weighing up to 20 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience handling phone calls and providing clear, courteous information
- Commitment to safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- Adherence to company policies and procedures
- Capacity to exercise honest, non-biased judgment in work-related issues
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Interact with incoming and departing guests warmly with genuine intent and eye contact
- Use visual cues to seat guests in either bar or dining area depending on guest preference
- Escort guests to assigned dining area
- Present menus and inform guests of the server’s name and other pertinent information such as promotions
- Answer phone calls and provide information to callers with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage the flow of guests into the dining and bar areas and provide accurate wait times
- Tend to the unique needs and requests of guests, remaining observant to ensure high-quality service
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
