Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
- Inform guests of wait times and monitor the wait list
- Maintain high standards of service, sanitation, and hospitality
- Work closely with store management and other employees to foster a team concept
- Embody and promote CPK's High 5 service philosophy
- Assist in managing guest flow to optimize seating efficiency
- Ensure a memorable dining experience for every guest
