Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 17 years old
  • Ability to provide friendly and welcoming service
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
  • Basic computer and phone skills for handling reservations
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • Reliable and punctual work attendance
  • Legal eligibility to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain friendly and professional in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role preferred but not required
  • Basic math skills for managing wait lists and reservations
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Must be at least 17 years old

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with a friendly demeanor and provide a great first impression
  • Escort guests to assigned tables promptly and courteously
  • Manage and take reservations while efficiently maintaining the wait list when necessary
  • Collaborate with the Front of House team to ensure smooth dining room flow
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and requests
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area
  • Support other team members during peak times to enhance the overall guest experience
