Job Requirements

Must be at least 17 years old
Ability to provide friendly and welcoming service
Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
Basic computer and phone skills for handling reservations
Ability to stand and walk for long periods
Reliable and punctual work attendance
Legal eligibility to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain friendly and professional in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills
Prior experience in a customer-facing role preferred but not required
Basic math skills for managing wait lists and reservations
Ability to stand for extended periods
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Must be at least 17 years old

Job Duties

Greet guests with a friendly demeanor and provide a great first impression
Escort guests to assigned tables promptly and courteously
Manage and take reservations while efficiently maintaining the wait list when necessary
Collaborate with the Front of House team to ensure smooth dining room flow
Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and requests
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area
Support other team members during peak times to enhance the overall guest experience
