Job Duties
- Interact courteously with guests including answering phones, greeting guests, seat guests, make reservations, take food orders
- Uphold high safety and sanitation standards by completing sanitation practices at front door, host desk, lobby area and crowd control
- Learn restaurant seating layout and table divisions
- Set and clear tables neatly and efficiently according to specifications
- Learn curbside process and takeout expectations
- Conduct side-work as required for each shift
