Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- ability to manage guest interactions with professionalism and courtesy
- strong communication skills

- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- adherence to health and safety regulations

Job Duties
- greet and welcome guests with a warm smile
- engage in friendly conversation when seating guests

- accurately set guest expectations

- ensure various guest touch points are regularly cleaned and sanitized
