Job Description

Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to communicate clearly with others
Commitment to making a positive impact
Ability to remain stationary and exert mobility for up to four hours
Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds
Ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout the shift
Ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap

Job Qualifications

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Friendly and welcoming personality
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds safely
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly at the door
Assist servers with providing exceptional guest service
Maintain overall guest flow within the restaurant
Transport plates, glasses, and baskets between dining room, service bar, and kitchen
Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met throughout the shift
Communicate effectively with team members and guests
Adhere to hygiene and safety protocols including wearing protective gear
