Job Duties
- Interact courteously with guests such as answering phones, greeting guests, seating guests, making reservations, and taking food orders
- Uphold high safety and sanitation standards by completing sanitation practices at front door, host desk, lobby area, and crowd control
- Learn restaurant seating layout, understand table divisions into server areas, and assist in food delivery coordination
- Set and clear tables neatly and efficiently following P.F. Chang’s specifications
- Learn curbside process and manage takeout expectations
- Conduct side-work as required for each shift
