Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and courteously
- seat guests as soon as a table is available
- rotate station seating
- handle guest complaints
- inquire about the quality of the dining experience
- answer the telephone and take messages

- maintain a waiting list
- check restrooms hourly for cleanliness and stock levels
